Start the popcorn popping! My girls love sleepovers and at our house a good movie is always part of a successful night. Sometimes we have trouble deciding on one that is age appropriate or that everyone will like. I decided to do some research and came up with a list of 50 great movies perfect for your next slumber party or girls night in!
The movies are ranked by recommended viewing age from commonsensemedia.org. If you're not familiar with this website, they are a great resource for recommended ages and reviews of movies, books, websites, games and more. I always check out this site before I give the OK to any media that I'm not familiar with for my kids. It's good to not only go by their initial ratings, but also read the "What Parents Say" and "What Kids Say" sections. These rating and reviews are especially helpful in deciding if it's OK for my kids to see.

At our house, we start out St. Patrick's Day morning the same every year. The kids are woken up to Irish music and I'll usually get at least one or two of them to dance with me. :) Once we thoroughly have "The Unicorn" playing over and over in our heads, it's officially St. Pat's!

I recently stumbled upon the cutest line of gift and beauty products. Oh K! is a Korean brand that brilliantly shows off the on-trend style of Korean beauty. It's super cute packaging features quirky products and cute characters. Some of the products in the line are meant for older girls and women that wear makeup, but many would be great unique gifts for younger girls as well.
This brand launched last year through a company in the UK called NPW and is mainly carried in the United States by Asos. Amazon does have some of their products listed also.

Kindness never goes out of style. In today's world, sometimes the negativity that surrounds us can seem overwhelming. It's important for girls to remember a positive world begins and ends with themselves.
